Permits Are Mandatory In Ontario; Please Buy Before You Ride.

Permit Placement Tip - Remove the old permit first.

Avoid placing your new permit directly on top of your old one. With the new translucent permit materials, the old one may show through. Also, affixing the new permit on top of the old makes it easier to steal your permit because when the old one is peeled off, the new one comes off in one piece, ready to be used again.

Where does your permit money go?

All of the revenue from all Snowmobile Trail Permit sales goes to the OFSC and its clubs. Together, we invest these funds to operate, maintain and support over 40,000 km of OFSC snowmobile trails for your riding pleasure.

Remember, Buy Where You Ride.

Please review the OFSC Assumptions for Trail Use and the Canadian Snowmobile Code of Ethics before you ride.

Permit Placement

The Trail Permit is valid only when permanently affixed in the approved areas so that it is fully visible to a person standing 10 meters in front of the machine on its centerline.
